Delivery

Ordering Information

When items are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow 3-5 working days delivery time for your goods under normal circumstances.  At the time you place your order, should an item be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated time of delivery, or to discuss an alternative stock item.  A signature will be required upon receipt of your goods as proof of delivery on larger items.

Upon shipment, an automated email will be sent to you informing you of your tracking number (if applicable).  Depending on the size of your order, we will the use the following courier services. (Please use the following links to track your orders).

In the unlikely event that your goods have not been received within 10 days after placing your order, please contact us by email ([email protected]) or telephone (01978 437029).

European and Non-European Delivery Charges

All shipping costs for European orders and Non-European orders are based on weight and therefore shipping will be calculated at checkout!

European Countries 

  • 4-7 working days delivery - From £3.95 (depending on order weight)
  • Calculated at checkout

Non-European Countries 

  • 6-10 working days delivery - From £4.95 (depending on order weight)
  • Calculated at checkout 

Deliveries outside of the UK may be subject to additional charges including local sales taxes, custom charges and/or import duties, of which we have no control over and therefore cannot accept liability for. If such additional charges apply, including customs clearance, they may need to be paid before your parcel is released for delivery.
