Waterproof Suede Walking Shoe

The premium blue suede upper incorporates a waterproof, windproof and breathable membrane within a full bootie construction. This helps keep your feet protected from rain, wet grass and damp trails while allowing moisture to escape from inside the shoe.

A rubber anti-scuff toe cap adds protection at the front of the shoe, helping shield the suede from rocks, roots and knocks encountered on rougher paths.

Vibram Grip for Challenging Ground

Underfoot, the Elwood uses a Vibram Dynamic rubber outsole with a non-slip tread pattern. Its ergonomic shape supports a natural walking action while providing dependable traction across changing outdoor surfaces.

A dual-density midsole absorbs impact as you walk, adding cushioning for longer distances and more challenging routes. The padded ergonomic insole can also be removed for airing, replacement or for customers who prefer to use an alternative footbed.

Down-to-Toe Lacing for a More Precise Fit

Unlike a conventional walking shoe where the lacing begins further back, the Elwood's laces extend towards the toe. This lets you adjust the fit across more of the foot – tighten the forefoot when you want a more secure feel over uneven terrain or loosen it slightly when you prefer extra room.
