  1. So far so good 5 Star Review

Posted by on 5th Mar 2019

I am very impressed with these wellies. They are very comfortable and tough. I needed wellingtons to cope with lambing season and these fit the bill perfectly. well worth the extra expense. Only slight downside is they can be too warm, especially when you are working hard all day.

  2. Early Days but they do seem to be well made & comfortable for the money with others I have looked at 5 Star Review

Took a while to chose these after sending others back (different suppler).
Thank you Beth for all your help and knowledge,
I think the video you made of each welly was a great idea.
    Many thanks Beth.

  3. Your feet go in them 4 Star Review

They are Wellington boots that you put your feet into and they keep them dry and warm.
Amazing invention and can't think why someone hasn't thought of these before.
Next someone will come up with a machine that slices bread.

  4. good quality boots 4 Star Review

Good quality wellies . A bit tight at first around the ankle but sure they will loosen up after a few wears.

  5. Nice fit 5 Star Review

Posted by on 11th Apr 2017

A wellington I got a half size bigger to accomadate thicker walking socks. Very comfy in foot pad and sidewalks are thicker. I would say I like the grip very well and would say are best suited to winter conditions due to wall thickness and heat retention. A nice variation in colour than usual pale types. Still to evaluate longevity.

  6. Great Boots! 5 Star Review

Bought these boots for walking by the river and for fishing trips. Very comfortable boots and neoprene lining means their warm so ideal for the colder months.

  7. Early days but more than pleased with them. 5 Star Review

Posted by on 12th Dec 2016

Discussed with Bethan before going to pick the boots up about 3 weeks ago. Very tight fit when trying on but have loosened off now. Very comfortable and warm, glad I went for the neoprene rather than cotton. Vibram sole excellent for walking

  8. Leaking in less than a year 2 Star Review

Posted by on 4th Dec 2016

First impressions were that they were a well constructed boot. Very comfortable to wear and good grip. However, i have had them for less than a year and the right boot leaks water. There is no visible damage to the boot so can only think it is a fault with the boot. Disappointing given that they are not a cheap boot.

    Cherry Tree Response:

Sorry to hear your boots are leaking. I believe my colleague has arranged for the collection of the faulty boots. Sorry for the inconvenience, and this is very unusual with Hoggs wellington boots.

  9. Alternative wellington 4 Star Review

I am trying Hoggs wellingtons in preference to other well known makes in the hope that they may last longer than 10 months!
Too early to tell re their longevity, but they appear sturdy and comfortable. Sizing tends to be on the generous side.
