    Bought these boots for walking by the river and for fishing trips. Very comfortable boots and neoprene lining means their warm so ideal for the colder months.

    Discussed with Bethan before going to pick the boots up about 3 weeks ago. Very tight fit when trying on but have loosened off now. Very comfortable and warm, glad I went for the neoprene rather than cotton. Vibram sole excellent for walking

    Leaking in less than a year

    First impressions were that they were a well constructed boot. Very comfortable to wear and good grip. However, i have had them for less than a year and the right boot leaks water. There is no visible damage to the boot so can only think it is a fault with the boot. Disappointing given that they are not a cheap boot. Cherry Tree Response: Sorry to hear your boots are leaking. I believe my colleague has arranged for the collection of the faulty boots. Sorry for the inconvenience, and this is very unusual with Hoggs wellington boots.

    I am trying Hoggs wellingtons in preference to other well known makes in the hope that they may last longer than 10 months! Too early to tell re their longevity, but they appear sturdy and comfortable. Sizing tends to be on the generous side.
