Keeping your dog warm whilst drying off with our range of Dog Drying Coats from Ruff And Tumble!

There's nothing more refreshing than venturing out on a cold crisp morning, walking through the countryside with two very energetic Beagles! If it's wet outdoors though, the only dread is the thought of trying to dry them off afterwards - and the major wipe down once we get back home!

Our boisterous Beagles, Bailey and Patch, simply love running through mud, scrambling through caves and splashing about in rivers and boggie grounds. By the end of the walk, they're usually covered in mud, smell quite a bit of 'wet dog' but still have enough energy in reserve to jump all over us! And, as you probably know, there's nothing worse than the smell of wet dog drifting through the house!

In the past, we have used rolls upon rolls of paper kitchen towels to try to wipe our dogs down, which can be quite hard work. And, if your dog is as mischievious as our Bailey can be, you'll probably find stodgy, wet, kitchen towels ripped up all over the back kitchen floor, after he's playfully pinched them from our hands.

Well, the good news is that it doesn't have to be like this! So, we are delighted to introduce our range of 'dog coats' from Ruff and Tumble dog coats.

You may be aware of many dog drying coats on the market, but not ones made fom natural fibres! Ruff and Tumble's coats are made from top quality double thickness cotton towelling, making them soft, highly absorbent and comfortable for dogs to wear.

Other dog coats can be a struggle to fit onto your dog, perhaps with awkward clips and difficult to reach adjusters - which can be frustrating for both you and your dog and may result in the coat not being used again. The Ruff and Tumble dog drying coats have no complicated fasteners and are equipped with velcro strips for easy adjustment. Based on the horse blanket design, you will be able to simply slip the coat over your dogs head, and wrap the material under the belly, adjusting as necessary with the velcro. So, there's no awkward velcro strapping around the neck area which could cause scratching or discomfort. All the key areas of your pet's body will be covered and protected - including the back, chest, bum and tummy. Plus, your pet can still move about freely, as the coats are not restrivtive.

Please assess for yourself just how simple it is to put one of these coats on your dog, by viewing the video below:

Due to the simple design and fabric used, this dog drying coat is highly absorbent and is great to use after bathing your dog. Plus, its machine washable, so simply pop it in the washing machine at the end of the day, ready for next time.

Just think, no more awkward zips or difficult materials to consider when washing these coats! And, no more shivering dogs in the back of your car either! These 'drying' coats are pefectly designed to fit snuggly onto your dog, allowing the towelling to absorb the wet, keeping your pet warm and dry.

These coats really do work and are just great for bath times, or when returning after a walk outdoors in those wet, cold and damp conditions. You can place a coat in the back of your car and then simply slip it onto your pooch as he or she jumps in! Fantastic!

Dog Drying Coats -Dual Purpose

Due to the nature of the fabric, Ruff and Tumble's dog coats are also great for cooling down your pet in hot summer months. Simply soak the coat in cold water for a while and then wrap it around your dog when they get too hot.
