1. Delivery

Shipping Costs

When items are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Please allow 3-5 working days delivery time for your goods under normal circumstances.  At the time you place your order, should an item be out of stock, we will contact you as soon as possible with an estimated time of delivery, or to discuss an alternative stock item.  A signature will be required upon receipt of your goods as proof of delivery.

Zone 1: Uk Mainland Deliveries

Postage and packaging for parcels to be delivered to all UK Mainland customers is as follows:

Items weighting less than 2.2lbs - £2.95 
Items weighting more than 2.2lbs - £5.95

Delivery outside of UK Mainland

Postage and packaging to all countries outside of the UK will be calculated at checkout and will be priced as follows:

When items are in stock, we aim to process your order within 24 hours of receipt of your order. Depending on your location, please allow 7-14 working days delivery time for your goods, in some instances.

At the time you place your order, should an item be out of stock we will contact as soon as possible with an estimated time of delivery, or to discuss an alternative stock item.

If your goods have not been received within 21 days after placing your order, please contact us by email (sales@cherrytreecountryclothing.com) or telephone (07503178121).

2. Returns

On-line Returns

If when you receive your goods you are not 100% satisfied, you can return your item(s) to us within 14 days of receiving the goods, for an exchange or refund. Returned goods must not have been worn please and must not be damaged or soiled in any way.  Your goods must be returned with their original labels and tags intact and should ideally be in their original packaging. Any postage costs incurred are not refundable.

Your statutory rights are not affected.

In order to return your items please follow these steps:

1. Pack your items carefully as a refund can only be issued if the items are received in perfect condition. 
2. Please complete the Returns Form and send this completed form either by email or include it in the parcel

3. Return your parcel to the following address:

We suggest that you use the Post Office to return your item, recorded delivery if possible. We recommend you obtain a proof of postage. Unfortunately, we are not liable for goods that are lost or damaged in the post, or whilst in transit.
